2025 Portrait Prize

The 2025 Illawarra Portrait Prize was an outstanding celebration of artistic talent and community spirit.

This year’s exhibition included a great range of works by local emerging and established artists, capturing the vibrant spirit of our region. The quality and diversity of the entries made for an unforgettable show that captured the art of portraiture.

The opening night, held on the 21st of June, was a resounding success, with the Timbermill Gallery overflowing with enthusiastic supporters, families, friends, and art lovers from across the community. It was heart warming to see so many people come together to celebrate the talent and dedication of our local artists.
